After a lovely walk with my family to Boscombe Pier and back we all wanted coffees & ice creams however it wasn't going to be from this place, after standing a while waiting for the girl to acknowledge us i started by saying HELLO this was ignored by this very rude girl, i asked what the prices of the cones were but never got a reply back so i asked the price of the cups she pointed to the two sizes but still no prices then it was a MIRACLE she spoke "Large or Small" with a tone only described as I don't want to be here, at this point still not knowing how much the ice creams were we decided to tell here how rude she was & walked away. i can only say its in a great location with the most rude staff you can find in such a lovey area & looking a previous reviews it seems that this has never been addressed. Frankly I was a little disappointed: Ice cream available for purchase with no labels to indicate what each flavour was, wasn't sure what I wanted so I asked the girl behind the counter what the flavours were and she responded with a blunt "well have a look then". Was shocked and went with what I overheard the previous customer order: Salted Caramel. One scoop for £2.60? £2.50?
