The activities themselves were fantastic â my kids absolutely loved the climbing, caves, slide, high ropes, and leap of faith! Everything was very clean, and the team leader did a brilliant job explaining how the climbing wall ropes worked. However, the general attitude of some staff really let the experience down. From the start, it felt like they didnât want to be there. My children were both excited and a little nervous, but the staff made no effort to engage with them. Whenever I asked a question, it felt as though I was being a nuisance. This was an expensive day out, so it was disappointing to see such a lack of enthusiasm. My children, who are both autistic, were particularly excited about the caves. It was very quiet when we arrived, and they wanted to do the caves first. Instead of explaining clearly why it would be better to do them last, we were met with grumpy faces and eye rolls. Even after I explained it would be easier for them to go first while the caves were empty, the staff still seemed unwilling to accommodate us. Some staff were quite short in their responses to both my children and me. I appreciate that they probably get the same questions many times a day, but customer service is still a crucial part of their role â especially when working with children. That said, the staff leader was amazing, and the lady at the front desk was also brilliant. I did notice that as the morning went on, staff attitudes improved â possibly because a higher-ranking member of staff was on-site. Iâd strongly recommend retraining the team on customer service â at the very least, they should appear to enjoy their jobs and working with children. We will return at some point, as my kids loved the activities, but I really hope the staff are more accommodating and...
Read morePaid ÂŁ96 for my 3 kids for the adventure tickets, led to believe by the website they could access all of it. My youngest is autistic and when we walked in and he saw the cave, thatâs what he wanted to do, but we were scheduled to do that right at the end. It seemed like we were an inconvenience asking for him to do that first. Then when he got stuck in the cave screaming and crying I asked to go in and get him and was told I couldnât because I hadnât paid for me to go in there! Tried to go on the highline and the girl organising that was condescending to my kids who were already nervous and it put them off to the point they didnât do it. Nearly every member of staff I spoke to for assistance told me to ask someone else. Girl on the front desk too busy chatting we were definitely not her problem. Site says 1 adult can supervise 3 kids under 16, and on the entrance were told they can put their hand up if needed help and staff will help them clip/unclip. This was not the case. The only member of staff that was helpful and polite to my kids was the tall dark haired lad with the spongebob socks (didnât catch a name). The rest either donât like their job or donât like kids. We left after 45minutes despite paying for...
Read moreWow. These people are ace. So is the zip wire. We went to face my fear of heights. We arrived everything was organised and instructors were very informative. Now I was really scared. So half way up the stairs I stopped. The instructor came down and helped me up. He (I think was called Alex) just kept distracting me from the height and told me to look at the view. He said it was the best in Bournemouth (I agree) he clipped me on at the top whist he said about saftey briefing. because he could see I was scared I think I would have bolted back down if he hadn't. It must be odd having a stranger grab you because they're scared but he wasn't rude and just reassured me. A girl then came up training with him who was just as attentive. Then I zipped, then I went again, and now i want to go back and take some other friends too. So instead of writing me off these guys helped me with my fear. Thank you would recommend to anyone especially if scared or not these people will not make you feel like an idiot and they'll reassure you and help you with your fear whilst adding humour and great...
