The experience wasn't bad. The distance is indeed very short, especially when you know you have to pay 25£. However, when I came, they told me that I have to leave my smartphone and that I could film with their camera, that's all they said in this regard, and after I finished, they told me that I have to pay 12 pounds to get the full video and that theyhave to give me 5 seconds from the beginning of the video to make sure that the camera works, and when I saw it, it was just recording of me when I prepare. I politely told the employee that she made a mistake for not telling me that I have to pay from the beginning and thatI want to have 10 or 5 additional seconds for her mistake. After a quick discussion, she agreed and went to the manager who met me and told me that no additional seconds would be provided. After a full explanation of the problem, he apologized. Then I told him that I want to compensate me with 5 additional seconds, he says to me why? we did not make any mistake!!Then I ask him if you don't make any mistakes why did you apologize to me as well as the employee. We recently visited the Bournemouth Zip Line with our two children, who were very excited to try it out. They were fitted with all the necessary safety gear and prepared to make their way up to the start. However, after climbing a few steps, they became nervous and decided they didn’t want to continue.
The staff were incredibly understanding and kind, immediately offering us a refund without any hesitation — a gesture we really appreciated for its professionalism and compassion. At this point, a team member named Sam stepped in and kindly offered to walk up with the children, sensing that it was the height of the stairs that had caused their anxiety. Sam was amazing — he accompanied them all the way to the top, stopping to wave and reassure us along the way. His calm and encouraging presence made a huge difference.

Read moreSo I took my sister here as it was her birthday.I did ask when we were in all our gear if we could have a photo together and they said we could at the end because we had to put our phones in a box. Sadly my sister didn't feel she could do it so got down but I still went. my sister wanted to wait to take her gear off so that when I was back we could get a photo like I asked when we got there and they asked her to take her harness off before we could even get a photo which may sound silly to some people but really did upset me because that was my only request. You only get a birthday one day a year and we wanted a cool photo to last forever.It is very expensive and only lasts about 15 seconds so it's one of those things that you do once.
