After waiting over 10 mins stuck in drive thru. With only two cars in front of me. This was poor. They did apologise for the wait, but then tried to give me the wrong drink. Found the correct drink. Gave me a sausage sandwich. As i pulled up i found the bread dry. And they didn't offer me any sauce or give me any napkins. I went to go back up to thr drive thru and thought, forgot it I'll go inside. There was two people in the queue and a rather empty looking restaurant. 3 staff. No excuses. This was just poor. Its not my first experience here that was bad either. And as per it's cleanliness was something to desired. Again a common occurrence here. I came here thinking ut would be quick. I was very wrong. And as someone who used to work for costa a few years ago and have over a decades experience in catering I am appalled. This place quite literally needs a good full manager and staff with a bit more oomph about them.

Pulled around to the paying window, girl on the till didn't say an amount, just pointed the terminal at me so I leaned over and paid contactless with my phone. The amount then pops up on my phone screen; £8. Asked the girl on the till if toasties were £4 each, she says yes and asks if I wanted a receipt. Lily on the till was incredibly rude when taking the order (short with us, abrupt answers) so the whole experience was unsatisfactory. Did she spite us for coming to her window at fifteen-minutes-to-closing? I feel overcharged and underwhelmed. Read moreWent through the drive thru this morning and the customer service was exceptional today. A lady and a man on at 10:45am on the drive though Thursday 22nd were so lovely. As I was waiting in line the lady could see me through the window and signalled me asking if I wanted milk and sugar, it was quite funny doing sign language with her and she even offered to put the sugar in and take out the tea bag for me which I’ve never been offered that before. It’s great she’s gone the extra mile for me. Also the man who gave me my other drink being a hot chocoalte, welcomes me and asked if I wanted chocoalte sprinkles which I’ve never been offered before. Both of them gave amazing customer service, they were the first people I interacted with that day and they put a huge smile on my face, they deserve recognition! Sorry I didn’t catch their names...
