First visit - looked really good, but was too cold so we moved on. Second time of trying , we had a good meal and I would go again. Service was initially very good, although later it deterioated as staff changed. My meal was very nice, one of the party had a penne arrabiate which was far too hot. The atmosphere is lovely and location is very good. and because it made me smile, nothing to do with this venue... I taught my kids about democracy tonight by having them vote on what movie to watch and pizza to order And then I picked the movie and pizza I wanted because I'm the one with the money. How I Mark I may mark differently to some other reviewers, some might see this as harsh, others may see it as fair. But here's how I look at it: 5 star - WOW. I want to go back and look forward to doing so. They delivered everything expected and more. The 'more; is normally about the service or attitude of the staff. 4 star - GOOD. They delivered everything I wanted and a bit more. I recommend them and would go back. 3 star - OK. They delivered what I expected, I would go back if I needed to, although don't currently plan on doing so. 2 star - Not very good. I didn't get what I expected and the service wasn't good. I don't recommend this place. I might get dragged back here, although will always try to avoid it 1 star - This was rubbish. Don't go there, I certainly won't go there again. I didn't get what I wanted, the people were unhelpful and I didn't enjoy it in any way

On my recent visit to Poole, I was super hungry for food with a nice drink and a good view. I came across this amazing looking restaurant, just by the Poole harbour, serving delicious Italian dishes. Apart from the food, what impressed me was the special treatment offered by their superb staff - Ciro (Sumit) and James who allowed me to sit outside while I enjoy my scrumptious chicken steak and wine with the view of the harbour. I was then recommended a chocolate pastry by another customer, which was simply the best. The pastry was lightly heated with the some home made Italian cream and strawberries by the side. This place doesn't just serve food they give you an experience. I will always remember this dinner I had in Poole, specially for the super cool staff they have (James and Ciro) 😊

Oh my gosh - what an amazing experience I had here… I ate alone whilst on a trip to Poole, the service was incredible - the staff made me feel so welcome, gave me recommendations. The food was absolutely beautiful - I had three courses and they were all impeccable… beautifully presented authentic Italian… if I return to Poole, I would definitely return here - absolutely loved it. Oh and it was dog friendly - unfortunately I didn’t have my two chihuahuas on this trip but was so good to see a restaurant like this allowing dogs and accepting them as part of the family… Such a lovely meal. The restaurant itself is also such a beautiful setting and has a lot of cork art which caught my attention… definitely recommend - you won’t be disappointed! Great work guys x

Loved this... We'd had a couple of days on the South coast as a nice little break. Lunch at Da Vinci's was the perfect finish to our trip. Food So flavoursome - it's rare I'm able to finish a serving of gnocci; I wanted to lick the bowl clean! Best Arancini i have ever had! Drinks Limited selection of beers and cocktails but went down well nonetheless. Vibe Exceptional service - friendly staff; A real family run operation with a 'love for life/food with friends/celebration atmosphere'. If it's your birthday, he'll pull his guitar out and get the restaurant to join in. Setting Beautifully set by the harbour with parasols, so a great shout for a warm Summers day.

I’m visiting Poole for the first time and walked up and down for places to go. We came across Da Vinci’s and as soon as we walked in, we were welcomed. To start I had the calamari. The portion was a good size and tasted delicious. It wasn’t oily or soggy like I’ve had in some places. For my main, I had the linguine frutti di mare. It is pasta baked and I throughly enjoyed it. I used to have this dish at a restaurant in London, but it closed down many years ago. It was so nice to have this again. I would definitely go back and I recommended it to my friends who live locally. It’s the perfect place for all occasions and is family friendly.
