Desi Dhabaa — Restaurant in England

I stayed with my family at this hotel and open restaurant, it was lovely. The people whom served us were lovely especially one of the staff which name was Dinesh he brought a smile to our table with every dish. Our dishes were large and well presented i had 6 vegetable spring rolls with 6 vegetable samosas and Spicy vegetable noodles. They were all beautifully prepared and cooked hot and crisp which i loved ! I had a starter which was popadoms and mango dip which hit the spot for a starter most restaurants serve their popadoms Flakey cold and floppy but this restaurant served their popadoms warm/hot and crunchy.One thing that really let the restaurant down was the curry (what the other members of my family had) because it was runny and more like soup but had a good taste.The team who put are food together was great and their fast command. The rude staff I order food from this hotel 3 times The first time food was good but second time after repeating same order it was bad☹️ The food I received was cold and test was not good Still i. Give it try third time, so third time when driver come with delivery whole curry was spilled out in his bag we called restaurant and they deny responsibility., they gave curry in aluminium foil boxes where it should be served in plastic containers. Neither delivery app nor Desi dhaba take responsibility i had lost food worth £30.. when I called desi dhaba they were rude and said they can’t do anything.. I am never gonna order...

Without doubt the worst food I've ever had from a restaurant. The naan "bread" was thinner than a poppadum and more like a large crisp, the curry was awful and warm not hot. The rice was okay. Do NOT get food from this place. No doubt they will reply and say, "We are sorry you are disappointed blah blah blah" but their time would be better spent learning how to cook properly. Shame you cannot give negative points on here, one star is giving these people way too much credit.
