Abysmal. Here's a summary of what we experienced, this happened Thursday just gone:
We're from outside the area but staying just outside of Kendal; a seven minute drive from where the Dominoes is Ordered food around half 6 through Uber eats, which said the order had been received and confirmed, bare in mind this is a Thursday night: likely not a busy evening Waited over an hour and a half without any word from the place, we called to get an update and were told they had just seen the order and would get it sorted and sent to us straight away Another hour passes: we call up again to find it's only just been sent out for delivery, The driver calls and informs us he's at a completely different postcode, despite the fact we had sent them all the correct information about where we are, inlcuding What3words for accuracy, yet he blames us After explaining to him the correct postcode - which took a good five minutes over the phone - he informed us he would be on his way. We searched for the postcode he went to and figured out it's a seven minute drive away from where we were located. Both the driver and the manager of the branch refused to give us estimated times of arrival To try and make things easier for him: we stood by the roadside in the dark with torches, so he can get a good idea of where to pull into. At least 15 minutes later he pulls up on the opposite side of the road, at least a hundred yards away, and calls to say he's arrived and wants us to come collect I explain to him there's no way we're risking our safety in the dark next to a busy road, and that he needs to turn the car around and come to us, he tells me he's parked up and waiting for us. This process repeats about five times and I inform him my partner is becoming increasingly distressed with the situation before he finally turns the car around and brings it to where we are stood He again blames my partner for providing the wrong postcode, she shows him the details that we initially gave (which were correct) then he gives us the food we've had to wait over three hours for. Unsurprisingly; it was lukewarm by this point. And to top it off we'd requested to have the pizza without red jalapeƱos; but that dietary request had been ignored
Overall probably the worst experience I've had with a delivery place, even more surprising for the fact this is an established business that shouldn't have issues delivering food to a place seven minutes away, then trying to blame us when they can't do their job right. Terrible service, disgraceful communication, and an embarrassment for the franchise.

Status was still on prep. Wanted to cancel our order but terms and conditions stated that we couldnāt so had to call the shop and ask where our order was. Person on the phone apologised and said that they were struggling to get the delivery driver and will be another 30 minutes. Another hour went by and we eventually got our food. Appalled by the 2 whole flippin hours of waiting and getting nothing in compensation. Brought this up to the complaints team who said a member of the branch will get in touch within 5 days. Guess what? More than 2 weeks have passed and still havenāt heard anything. Never ordering from this place...

Ordered and got told it would be 20 minutes, ended up waiting 40 minutes and then the guy behind the counter called us over to say it was ready and then realised 1 of our 2 pizzas hadn't even been cooked so had to wait 20 minutes again for the other one to be cooked. Finally got the order and decided to order one of the big dips, had to pay for it despite them messing up the order then the guy stood staring at me for 2 minutes like somebody had used a men in black neuraliser on him before asking if there was anything else i needed to which i replied yes i would like the dip i just paid for so he went and got me 2 small ones which wasn't what i ordered. Got home and the pizza that had been cooked first was stone...
