I visited the store to take advantage of a promotional deal advertised for £27, which included a medium pizza and sides. The printed offer did not specify which sides were included, so when I was asked to choose, I requested chicken wings. The first staff member said this was fine, though he appeared new and seemed unsure of how to process it in the system. He called another staff member over, who was also unsure, and eventually, a third person joined. Throughout this time, the staff were speaking in a language I could not understand, which made it difficult for me as a customer to follow what was happening.
Eventually, a female staff member spoke to us in English and told us that the only available sides with the deal were wedges or garlic bread. When I asked why this wasn’t made clear in the advertisement, she simply said, “that’s about it,” and offered to call the manager.
The manager, Malik, arrived and continued to speak with the staff in a different language, which again left us excluded from the conversation. I politely asked if they could speak in English so I could understand, and he responded, “that’s about it,” adding that it wasn’t his problem as the promotion came from head office and he didn’t create the printed material. He raised his voice during the exchange, and when I asked him to lower it as I was only trying to understand, he remained unhelpful and dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing him.
In addition to this poor customer service, we ordered two pizzas—Chicken and Mighty Meaty—but only received the Mighty Meaty when we got home. Given everything that had already happened, I was too frustrated to return or raise it at the time, and just accepted the order as it was.
I initially didn’t plan to complain, but the overall experience left me feeling very disrespected, confused, and frustrated. The lack of clear communication, poor attitude from the manager, and the incorrect order reflect badly on the Domino’s brand and the level of customer service I expected.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a response. I also recommend better staff training in communication, transparency in offers, and ensuring customers are treated with respect regardless of background or language.

Later that day- So after being on the phone to some guy that works here for 15 minute listening to him assure me that they do not sell the cookie dough switch up and me asking for a refund I wait a couple of hours for them to collect the wrong ice cream they sent out which didn't happen so I called again someone different answered the phone and said that he doesn't know what they were on about and he sent me the ice cream out in 15 minutes that according to Mike I think it was they didn't sell

I waited 4 hours for a cold soggy pizza to arrive the first time, was told it was free when it arrived because the driver broke down and didn't have a mobile phone - but didn't know how to use a payphone to call work with. The 2nd time was slow, cold and half of it was wrong, the third time, today was ordered at 19:00, it's 20:15, someone else's order has arrived, and ours has gone missing, the other people who's order have also called them to complain theirs is missing. I'm promised a correct order arriving shortly, but I have my doubts. An offer of £10 off my next order, but there will not be a next order. I am not going back.
I do not recommend this branch of Domino's Pizza. Slow, unreliable, and very poor service in general. I wasted £36 and doubt I'll actually get that back. I suggest checking out the alternatives. Gave 1 star because I couldn't post...
