Absolutely stellar customer service at Dominoās Weymouth ā if you enjoy feeling like an inconvenience.
Popped in hoping to grab a vegan pizza without having to remortgage the house. Asked the staff member if there were any offers available (you know, like the kind Dominoās is famous for), and were met with a blank stare and a monotone ānoā ā like weād just asked her to solve world hunger. She clearly had places sheād rather be ā literally anywhere but helping customers, it seems.
So, we left, feeling ever so slightly like weād just asked for free pizza. Opened the app out of spite (and hunger), and surprise! ā got the exact same pizza, plus another, for 50% off. Magical. Almost like offers do exist after all ā just not if you dare to ask in person.
Might I suggest retraining staff on customer service⦠or maybe just basic human interaction? In the meantime, Iāll stick to the app. At least that doesnāt roll its...

After half an hour he called ask where his food was, only to be told they dont deliver that far. Uber had already taken his money. Dominos said if he wants his order he has to come and collect and pay again and put the phone down on him We went to the resturant to discuss what had happened the stand in manager said they had not recieved an order and said pay again or you dont get your food my Son said show me the tablet you use and when she showed us the tablet she was using it was on there our order which read preparing. No appology for the rudeness and she showed him. Later that evening the manager himself phoned my Son and was rude to him saying it was all my sons fault, all my son did was order...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery poor delivery service. One and half hours wait and yet no sign of pizza. Phoned twice but they ain't got a clue where the pizza is. Finally the pizza arrives completely cold. Had to send it back and it's a complete waste of time with kids so hungry and we had to rush to a Chinese take away. I may now have to chase them up for the refund as in the past I had a similar experience and they didn't process my refund. Not sure if it's me or their phone system which is always noisy and can't hear a bit of what they say. Looks like Dominos opening up franchises every where without any proper training for franchise owners, staff and no wonder the franchises are running them like...
