Efes Pizza — Restaurant in England

Ordered online which included a free garlic bread but their payment system wasn't working so had to call. My order online was £22 but by phone it was £24 plus no free garlic bread. I called back up after my wife placed the order questioning why this was the case and the lady on the phone became quite irate. After hanging up the phone we received a call back from a gentleman accusing us of swearing at his assistant which was not the case. I asked them to cancel the order and was told they had already made it so I couldn't! After some to and fro the gentleman told us our money would be in back in our account in 3-4 days. We asked him to confirm he had refunded (his accent was difficult to confirm if this was what he meant) and he carried on by telling us that they had made the order and they could still send it if we liked. We said that we didn't want the order and just wanted the refund to which he replied that he could refund half! I told him no and he argued with me that they had made the order already. After more to and fro he said that he couldn't issue a refund as his boss was not in at that time. I asked them to have the boss call me once he was in.

5-10 minutes later I received a call telling me they were issuing a full refund and that all future orders would be automatically rejected. Charming! Points to note: sort your website out, the payment system is unreliable, the 'spend £14 and get free garlic bread' should be taken out if a happy meal is selected, and stop charging more for a happy meal 1 (or others) if it is ordered over the phone (£17.50 vs £19.50) Wasted over an hour sorting all this out!!! I'll update this page on Tuesday/Wednesday to confirm if my refund was issued.

EDIT: I was never issued a refund from these scam artists! No food, no refund! Greedy and...

Another diabolical experiance.

Our order for starters was late again then when checked the time till delivery and was marked as delivered when it hadn't been. We called the restaurant they said "it has been marked as delivered but it will be with you in the next 10 to 15 minutes" Our food arrived 20 minutes later, barely warm turns out it was so it didnt get logged as late by the driver... who was very much late. We ordered a cheesy garlic bread with Black olives and a mighty meaty pizza with stuffed crust. They sent a cheesy pizza with jalapenos on and a completely different pizza with stuffed crust. When I called the restaurant they were very uninterested and unhelpful. They told me to pick off the jalapenos for my 4 year old and it will be fine... They told us we could wait 45 minuits for replacements as they were to busy to do it now. Then offered a refund but didn't take down the order number right, then when asked to check the number back they refused and hung up on me. I called back, and after passing the phone to several workers and recording the right order number they said I would get a refund in the next hour. I...

Absolutely disgusting service first of all the order turned up over an hour early and then they sent us the wrong order aswell. I ordered on just eat and then phoned up to confirm my order was correct and the lady that answered the phone confirmed it was and also got a second opinion from another guy who also confirmed my order so then for them to send the wrong order is terrible service. When I phoned up to let them know my order was wrong I was spoke to like something on the bottom of there shoe. They offered no apology or refund or anything. The place is an absolute shambles of a business and the staff have no customer service skills whatsoever. They don’t know how to speak to customers or how to deal with there mistakes. I will never order from this place again and I’d advise anyone else not to unless you want to be spoke to...
