Greggs — Restaurant in England

We went there as a group of 7. There were 5 people before me. I was served by a new lady this time as the person who normally serves me was otherwise occupied. On this occasion I ordered a Mocha, I normally have a cup of tea and I add a fresh cardamom in it to enhance its flavour. The choice on the board says Speciality teas but they do not have Earl grey, would be nice to see this on the menu. As a birthday treat from Greggs, I received a complimentary treat and after asking the server, chose a triple chocolate muffin. This was very nice indeed with a melted chocolate centre. Very enjoyable treat, made the other 6 in our party very envious. To soften the blow, I advised them that they too will get a treat when it is their birthday. On the drink front, a Mocha Latte would be a nice addition to the drinks menu. Seating is often an issue if you are a larger group but we usually manage to secure seating after a brief wait. Hope to see some of the suggestions I have made implemented soon at this specific restaurant. It would also hev been nice if we were able to add atleast one photograph to go with the review on Greggs website that they emailed me requesting, so it highlights the point being made. I don’t normally put down reviews, but this has really angered me. Went into Greg’s Saturday 25th of November around 5ish. Asked for a donut and the woman who was serving me, was very very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. She has dark hair, (in the small Greggs) there was 2 more members of staff with her and they were just laughing at me! I felt so intimidated by them I couldn’t believe this was the customer service. I asked “is there something funny?” And they all continued laughing and looking at me while laughing. I have never felt this intimidated! This is bullying, why was I made to feel like this? Greggs is one of my favorite place to grab and go however very disappointed from the attitude of the young lady who served me Wednesday 8.55 in the morning. When I asked her for Lakeside discount even I showed the staff card she was clearly nit happy to process with the discount of 0.07cents because the date in the card was dissappear and I explained why the position I am working in Lakeside shopping center all the time in 3 days my new card will disappear the numbers and I had a second card with my name and photo with me.
