Istanbul Grill — Restaurant in England

This place used to be brilliant but has really gone downhill. Waited an hour for a pizza to then get an email saying that the restaurant had cancelled the order and I would get a refund in 5-7 days. I rang to get a very abrupt man who claimed to have never received the order. He told me he would call me back after he looked into it which he did after 20 mins. Again very abrupt but had magically found my order and was i advise that he would "send it out and I could pay for it next time I ordered"!!! No apologies or acknowledgement that they had messed up the order. I asked him to just forget it as I would not be reordering in the future and would find somewhere else to get my food from. This is after other problems with the last 3/4 orders that we have let slide. We have ordered from them very regularly for ages including multiple party orders of £50-100. Really sad to see what was a brilliant takeaway...

Me and my fiancé ordered a delivery from here 2 days ago, this took 1:15mins to arrive and when it came my fiancés daughter went to the door and paid we gave her £30 & the food was £21 something and the delivery driver left without giving her any change (she is very anxious when it comes to confrontation so she didn’t shout him back) so I immediately rang the takeaway and they rang me back on a mobile number and asked me to text my bank details and they would transfer me the money back. I am still waiting now for this so I am not impressed. The food was ok but I did wake in the night with a bad stomach which could have only been the food. Not impressed and won’t...

Bought a large Kofte Kebab from here. It was very good and was big enough to feed two people. Friendly. Not cheap for a kebab but decent value given the size and how good it was... edit: kids ordered from there tonight a range of other things whilst I was out. They are teenagers. They didn't actually finish all the food. They didn't like it and they live on kebabs and pizzas and chicken burgers etc... so perhaps I just got lucky the first time I went. Apparently the chicken burger and pizza were almost inedible and the chicken...
