Lovely, cosy and warm for ya morning cuppa. Staff are fantastic - they could teach some of the other town centre cafes a few things about a good welcome, 'nothing too much trouble' attitude and actual heating! The standard tea is awful to be honest, so weak you might need 3 teabags to taste it. Basic Americano was incredible - could have been just hot water. Not tried any food as there was a scared coeliac in our group (concerned about cross contamination) but looks really good behind the 'fridge glass? When choosing a cafe I always look at the places with the most reviews but decided to try this place because although they they didn't have alot of customer feedback they were still 5* rated. Popped in at half four for a cup of tea. Really lovely greeting, he even up-saled us, asking if we'd like some cake, which we duly did. Coffee and walnut was very nice too, not homemade but very tasty nonetheless. The pot of tea was enough for two and a half cups and was very nice too. The pot didn't pour all over the table and the cups were clean and free of chips.
