Staying in town for a holiday. Found this place from Google maps and reviews were good. Very quiet when we went. Great menu with all day breakfasts and vegaterian options. We ordered set1 breakfast and set 2 breakfast. And 1 vegaterian breakfast. They were fantastic. 1 round of toast each comes with it and it's lovely large bloomer slices. And cup of tea coffee or fruit juice. Cappuccino or latte £1 extra. Great value. The owner is very friendly and had a lovely chat with us. Really made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. We have a wheelchair user and it's easy to get in with a wheelchair. Toilets not easy to go to with wheelchair but there is one not far in the town we were advised and there was and that was fine. Overview, don't miss this place. Great food and fantastic service. And if you are currently watching married at first sight when you tell the owner as she loves it haha honestly though don't bother with the large chains for breakfast, come here and get a lovely freshly cooked meal and help a local business at the same time.

We went for breakfast on our last day of the trip as we didn't want dirty dishes to deal with in our self catering accomodation 😂 I was sat next to the heater so was baking hot on the last sunny day of our holiday...all other days had been freezing cold can you believe the nerve of British weather 😆 Any Karen was most accommodating because one child wanted nuggets at 9 in the morning! She did say they are very flexible so would take her at her word. We had breakfast in various variations. I did not take the fried bread option. Portions were generous. I could have gone with a smaller choice and still been good. None of us finished so unless you're very hungry, downsize, your stomach will thank you. The price was good considering everything we had. Would definitely recommend and if we didn't live 4+ hours would visit often.

Loved it here , popped in with mum for a coffee and a wonderful omelette by Kev (he let me have an extra toppling too because I smiled the right way. 😉😆🥴🤣 Nicola was awesome, she made sure I got the vanilla latte I desperately needed (because mum had forgotten what I wanted and I'd strolled off to the Opticians to look at frames (in the hope that mum would pay for me!!) .. .. she didn't by the way, she fraudulently used my Revolut account with my money in it anyway, cheeky cow. 🤪 Oh I've already forgotten the other ladies name - on account of all the pot o smoke I guess... Name is irrelevant , you'll know her when you see her. She's blessed. Have a good day. X

I went to this cafe to meet up with friends and have a light lunch. A friend emailed me the menu, however, the heading said Kev's Cafe with no address and just a phone number. I called, which was answered by one of the owners who, on answering, did not identify the name until after i asked. I then asked for the address, whereupon there was a short silence, followed by "why do you want to know the address?"!! I responded that i was a customer and wanted to eat there. (What kind of business is this??)- i finally got an address and met my friends there. I ordered a two egg omelette with mushrooms - it came with chips and beans. 1.5 hours later the owner wandered around the cafe carrying my late lunch and asking who ordered it. I retrieved my lunch (my friends had finished theirs). It was awful. It was the most tasteless unappealing fair I've ever had in my 72 years. The chips were pallid and semi cooked. The omelette had the consistency of rubber but not as flavorsome. The mushrooms were cooked and were the only saving grace. There was absolutely no flavor at all. I've awarded three stars to give the benefit of doubt. I really cannot recommend this establishment...

3 of us eating spontaneously, walk in. very tidy and clean and well spaced, rather peaceful considering its on Hyde road. Welcomed with a polite hello and clear instructions on the ordering process, realised there was a garden terrace so we decided to move out there before ordering, asked us if we would like to take some menus out to the garden, selection of food is what you want to see on the menu when you go to a cafe, nothing la de da and trying to be mutton dressed as lamb...good proper English food! Varieties of sized meals so if it's a small appetite or big there is something for everyone, free standard tea and coffee or fruit juice with a brekkie, the giant breakfast is bloomin' big. Fair quality produce for the price you pay, very attentive staff, even the chef was on point. And came out to ask all was okay that's nice to have. Will definitely be back and will 100 percent recommend to friends and family. Great job to Karen and her family like staff. Proper enjoyed...
