Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. If I could give minus stars it would be minus 10. Having visited previously and enjoying the experience we decided to come again whilst in Skipton. I called in for a drink. I went to the toilet and there was urine all over all the toilet rims. I told a staff member who happened to be in the toilet at the time that they needed attention. On leaving the toilet I sat at the bar with ny husband, (my husband had had a drink served and it was front of him). I preceeded to tell him about the poor state of the toilets, on hearing my discussion of the facilities with my husband, the girl behind the bar took his beer off him and told us to leave. Never seen such rude behaviour from bar staff. We travel extensively and the poor attitude was unprecedented. Obnoxious...

Visited last night the staff and cocktails are great. However the owner/manager was rude, aggressive and insulting to myself and my friend when asking us to leave. We had full drinks costing £10 each and was asked to move downstairs which we did. Whilst having a pleasant conversation with the barman. A women turned up at the side of us asking I'd to leave in an agitated, aggressive Manor. She insisted we had be asked several times which we hadn't and continued shouting in our faces. She told us we know the rules as everyone around Skipton knows. When we explained we was not from around this area and hadn't been asked to leave, she decided to insult our home town in a tone that would suggest we was below her. We went in for breakfast and a coffee our order was taken 45 minutes later they brought our coffee I know the xmas markets were on but they kept saying how busy they were 3 tables empty and 3 staff on we asked were our sandwich was after 50 minute only to b told they were very busy which they were not and it would b another 20 minute wait for our sandwich so I got up and paid for our drinks and told them the service was not excellent and was again told they were rushed off there feet doing nothing very disappointing hence...
