Krackers Bar — Restaurant in England

I had a breakfast, 1xegg 1x bacon 1x sausage 1slice of fried bread and mushrooms, I could have had beans but I didn't want them, and a cup of tea £7.45, which I thought was a fair price, the food was delicious and served quickly even though it was busy, it was very noisy inside and I found it hard to hear or have a conversation, it was very close inside making it hard to use my folding mobility scooter customer's would move but the staff weren't very helpful, condements were hard to comebuy and staff didn't offer any or see if there was anything else I needed when they brought my food over, I'm not a dog person and didn't like dog's being inside the restaurant and being very noisy, the disabled toilet was very hard to get into and there was no hand soap or dryer or hand towels to dry your hands, nice outside seating area but you have to take into account people are smoking but still a nice...

Had a good football experience here Tuesday so went back tonight. Explained that there was 2 games on, one after the other. Would they be showing them both and would there be sound. I was told by dark haired bar maid yes. She said she changed shifts after first game but would leave instructions for 2nd game. After 10 mins of 2nd game, blonde bar maid came over and turned commentary off and put what appeared to be a loud backing tape on. When I queried it, I was told, sorry but its karaoke night. I, and several others then watched the rest of the first half in silence. 45 mins later the blonde girl announced karaoke would be starting shortly. My points are firstly What is the point in asking if there's any football with sound And secondly Why put music on an hour before u need it I will stress no one was rude or impolite. Imagine walking into this bar, order a few drinks to be told we can’t sit at the bar because it’s staff seating only? Bearing in mind the bar completely empty and he’s the only staff 😂

I swore once at the bar ( which I know is not lady -like, but not profound enough for it to be a problem) to be told not to swear like I’m in the big brother house! The customer service is shocking to then have the barman ask us if the transaction has come through because he is unsure of himself and then having to show our banking app to prove the transaction was made!

We intended to be there for a few hours waiting for our caravan to be ready, but he did not make us feel welcome and we left before finishing our drinks!

Poor service, no excuse really!
