Do not trust with your money. Took a takeaway order than didn't deliver and refused to pick up their phone. Disgraceful.

Edit following response - The only unreasonable demand I made of the restaurant was expecting delivery in less than 2 hours. I am lucky I made the order through a third party as otherwise I would not have received my money back either. The owner is lying in their response when all they needed to do was apologise for taking on more orders than they could manage. I would happily have tried them again if they had done so as I know their food can be excellent. However, such an untruthful and nasty response to my review means I can never give my custom to them again....

I have ordered from here on a number of occasions and never had a problem with the food or service, however, tonight was a different story! I had items missing from my order, when I contacted the restaurant I was rudely told that I was lying or that the driver must’ve removed items! I asked if they could please send me out the missing items or refund them when again I was told no and to contact Uber eats as it isn’t their problem even though the food is from their restaurant. The food that was received was extremely greasy and salty, which shows there’s been a big error in their kitchens. My mother ordered from here. She very clearly asked for basmati rice and the genius on the other end could not grasp what that meant, instead he spoke vaguely about 'mushroom rice'. After much back and forth, my mother had to order 'plain rice' since he ostensibly failed to grasp anything else. Unsurprisingly, they completely messed up the order. A vegetable biryani was ordered and my mother informed me she instead received a rather poor tasting vegetable curry with gravy in its place.
