Pizza Choice — Restaurant in England

Went instore and ordered chicken doner wrap, description underneath said "marinated chicken cooked on grill". got back to hotel and I have doner meat in there which I cannot eat.. everyone makes mistakes so i called them to see if they could drop off what I ordered. I was told they have no delivery service which was a blatant lie as the driver was there while we were waiting. The man on the phone was rude and laughed at me saying I had ordered the wrong thing and he did not give me chance to speak or explain. the description on the board is clearly wrong as below screenshot from menu. Very annoyed...

I placed the order, money came out of my account, two hours have passed and the food still hasn't been delivered. I tried to call them but they do not answer and seem to have unplugged the phone. Just wanted an update. I don't know if this is some kind of scam but they have quite literally taken my money and won't even pick up the phone.

Frustrating is an understatement as we don't know if we should order from elsewhere or if the delivery is ever going to arrive. Dont want to pay for two lots of takeaways. Definitely wont be getting a penny...

Honestly 10/10. Staying in york in a hotel so decided to try and find a local pizza takeaway. Went in for the first time and it looked very professional and clean. Ordered 2 Pizzas and chips, they came back with 3 Pizzas and when I questioned it his response was “Yes free pizza for you!” I was very happy, but it just gets better when I take it back to the hotel and eat it, Honestly one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. Not sure on the consistency since it was my first time but honestly will go again!...
