Pizza Hut Luton Park Street (Halal) — Restaurant in England

Although the pizzas are typical of any another Pizza Hut, the staff hygiene practices are not. On the 29/04/22 I saw two counter staff scratching themselves and continue to make food for other people. In particular one used the same hand they scratched their face with to grab handfuls of wedges from under the counter, go on to make pizzas with their bare hands and not washing their hands. I saw delivery drivers who had just come in from delivering food, still in all their motorbike gear come into the food prep area and put food in boxes. When I actually saw one delivery driver still in his motorbike clothes actually touch my son’s pizza with his unwashed hands…I asked for a refund and left! I couldn’t unsee what I saw! I won’t be ever going back. If that’s what I’ve seen whilst waiting, who knows what...

If you like paper cups, paper plates, messy tables, staff shouting constantly and not really getting what you ask for then this is the place for youuuu! Watch in bewilderment as the staff struggle continuously to grasp the meaning of "four garlic and herb dips please". Be amazed by the expression the staff have on their faces when you go and ask for a plate, as if you killed their dog. Have your dinner take so long you consider eating the leftover scraps of crust that have been left on the table across from you the entire time you've been in there. Be delighted by having a hands on experience with the world's greasiest card machine.

And in the end be offended by the lack of salad bar and ice...
