I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Pizza king Pizza Shop, and I feel compelled to share my unfortunate encounter with potential customers. From start to finish, my visit to this establishment was riddled with mistakes, poor service, and an overall lack of professionalism.

First and foremost, the staff at Pizza king Pizza Shop seemed completely disinterested in providing quality customer service. The moment I entered the restaurant, I was met with indifference from the employees, who barely acknowledged my presence. There was no warm welcome or any attempt to make me feel valued as a customer.

The ordering process was an absolute disaster. The staff appeared unorganized and confused, resulting in numerous mistakes and delays. My order was not taken correctly, and when I pointed out the errors, the staff members seemed irritated and inconvenienced by having to fix their mistakes. The level of incompetence was truly astounding.

Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The tables were dirty, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. It was not only unappealing but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene and food preparation standards of the place.

When my order finally arrived, it was completely wrong. Not only were the toppings incorrect, but the pizza itself was cold and appeared hastily thrown together. It was evident that no attention to detail was given, and the lack of care in preparing the food was truly disheartening.

Adding insult to injury, when I brought up my concerns and dissatisfaction with the manager, they displayed a shocking lack of empathy and failed to address the issue appropriately. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for the poor service only further cemented the negative impression I had of Pizza king Pizza Shop.

Overall, my experience at Pizza king Pizza Shop was an absolute disaster. The staff's indifference, the disorganization, the uncleanliness, and the subpar quality of the food left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this establishment if they value a pleasant dining experience and quality service.

I sincerely hope that Pizza king Pizza Shop takes these criticisms to heart and makes the necessary improvements to avoid subjecting other customers to such a dreadful experience...

I’ve been visiting this pizza shop twice a week with my friend because the pizza is genuinely very good—fresh, tasty, and well-made. We really enjoy the quality of the food, which is why we keep coming back.

However, I have to mention that the service experience has consistently been disappointing. The staff’s attitude while taking orders, serving the food, and responding to simple requests like sauce or tissues feels careless and unfriendly. Compared to other places we’ve visited, the difference in service is quite noticeable.

What’s more concerning is that my friend and I are often treated differently than other customers. It feels like we’re not given the same level of respect or attention, which is upsetting—especially as regular customers.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the customer service, because the food truly deserves better...

Pizza King is sensational the best location just off bede Park and Very cheap prices very good value for money!

The go to top rated items are.... Magherita pizza (any pizza to be honest all are sensational) 9inch is £4.50!! Chips, beans and cheese Burger meal (especially chicken one) Garlic bread with cheese.

My group of friends always go here after nights out or even for lunch. If youre with some people they have share deals available (see picture) this deal was £14 I believe for Pizza, chip, garlic bread, nuggets (let us swap out onion rings), coleslaw and bottle drink.

They also offer delivery too for larger orders I believe.

I will always return here staff are so friendly and service is quick. There is also some seating inside.
