I have a natural affinity with Burgers. They call to me and are my quintessential Achilles heel. This is what brought me to Wimpy to try the Half Pounder with Cheese and Bacon, along with Fries/Chips. Looked absolutely amazing on first sight and I couldn’t wait to taste my meal. Staff were Uber polite and helpful. I was served straight away and didn’t wait more than ten minutes for my food. Was quite noisy and lots of people were coming and going. I visited this restaurant for the nostalgia.
Ordered two burgers. Dry meat, lacking in condiments, bread not soft. Meat is low quality. Bread bun is low quality.
Extremely overpriced for what you get.
If it was cheaper I wouldn't mind so much, but for this price, you can get a top quality burger from local burger shops, which I will be doing in future. See my other reviews to see which local burgers restaurants are are worth...
