Sam's Chicken — Restaurant in England

We had one of the worst fast food experiences ever.

First of all, we waited far too long for our food — even though it wasn’t particularly busy. When the food finally arrived, it looked like it had just been thrown onto the tray without any care, as if we were dogs, not paying customers.

The burger didn’t match the picture we saw on the menu — it looked and tasted completely different. We were supposed to get two chicken wings, which had a strange taste and an unpleasant smell. Not even remotely fresh.

There were no sauces in our order, which is ridiculous considering the dryness of the food. When we asked, the staff seemed confused and didn’t offer any apology.

Speaking of staff — the girl at the till looked like she was practising her English with us instead of actually doing her job. It was awkward, slow, and far from professional.

To top it all off, we weren’t even given any napkins. I had to go back and ask, and the lady literally handed us two napkins for two people. When I asked for a few more, she gave me just one extra. Seriously?

The overall experience was unprofessional, sloppy, and extremely disappointing. Definitely not worth the money or the time. I’m giving it 1 star, and that’s being generous.

I have been this shop for 3 times. All the time was shit food and service. I have ordered £27.99 today for dinner. The food wasn't good enough chips was over cooked it was cooked more then 1 hours ago. Because I have 7 years experience in food takeaway shops I know how about takeaway fresh food food and old food such as chickens and burgers. My 2 chicken burgers was to cold and very bad tested and different it was cooked before just re heated for customers. Also my 3 piece chicken was too old and over cooked it's cold because 2 to 3 days ago just fried again and give to us. They charge me for chilli but they didn't put it in my order.mayonnaise and ketchup was no too. Totally disappointed with all food. I came here a few days ago and decided to get some munch. As i was starving i came across to Sams thinking amazing some fried chicken. However it all went down hill when i left with my quarter pounder and wings. The quarter pounder didn’t even fit in the buns asked for ketchup and only cheese but ended up getting salad inside it. Tasted absolutely horrible and not cooked enough. Thats a health and safety issue. The wings were bloody and were pink and uncooked properly and were just raw. I and my boyfriend ended up getting food poisoning the same night and have been sick for the past few days and had to attend a&e. So please avoid this place its not like the Sams in london!!!
