My sister recently purchased a cake here, and I am beyond impressed! The cake not only tasted incredible but was also very generously sized, making it a fantastic value for the money.

We had a very strange experience visiting Stokers. The waitress tried to take our order before we had even sat down/took off coats/looked at the menu and was huffing when we asked for another minute to actually look at the menu. It was mostly empty so no need to rush us. She came back almost immediately and we felt rushed to order, and then unfortunately they'd sold out of what we wanted. The alternative was nice enough and the hot chocolates we ordered were satisfactory. Friendly family run cafe with good food and very reasonable prices. On my second visit they remembered me from the day before and immediately brought me a second pot of water and a second container of milk when they brought me my tea! Clearly a favorite place with the locals just on the outer edge of the really touristy area.
