Well waited over an hour for food ( “even tho we were told it would be 20 mins when we ordered “) along with other people in the cafe excuses given that orders had been missed very little help from staff no updates given to us others asked and were told order missed ? What every one’s ??? As there were a table of 8 upstairs and another couple sat waiting downstairs as well along with us and no one offered any excuses and when the couple asked they were told I don’t know !!! Jacket potato was the only thing they needed to cook along with soup and sandwiches for four people Jacket potato was black inside and so hard couldn’t cut thru it due to being over cooked in the microwave ( picture attached )it’s very disappointing especially as it has a 4.6 rating !! Important for you to Improve your service and your comms with customers and at least offer free tea or coffee for those that have to wait for an hour for their food. We had to send two off our party to add time on the parking so we didn’t get a ticket Wouldn’t use it again advise every one else to avoid Below is the response from the owner who wasn’t present and her staff have obviously told her a more favourable side so they didn’t get into trouble and missed a few things out If I had had my way I would have insisted on a refund after 1 hour wait unacceptable

We enjoyed the variety of hot chocolate for sale - more than the usual single choice. The dark hot chocolate was delicious. They gave us a little jug of hot chocolate to top the drink off once the cream had been eaten; a very nice little touch. Very reasonable prices, a quiet spot in an otherwise busy town, and tasty cakes. We also appreciate that they've left Covid precautions in place (transparent barriers between the tables). (I've already tried a bit of the drink in the photo!)

Lovely independent coffee place with a pleasant atmosphere. It has both indoor and outdoor seating and is great to talk with people and dog-friendly on the outside. The coffees are decent and well prepared; reasonable prices as well. They also provide a small biscuit as well. Also have delicious cakes in the cafe display. It is situated in a quaint alleyway up Attorneys Walk in Ludlow. We have been several times and like the welcoming presence.

This lovely café is slightly hidden up an alley off the main Street. There is indoor and outdoor seating and we sat outside in the sunshine. The staff are on the ball with disinfecting the tables after each use and leave a green card on the table to indicate that it has been cleaned. There's a one-way system for ordering inside and the food is brought to your table. We had sandwiches which were lovely and well filled, served with salad and crisps, along with large lattes. The prices are not cheap, but not overly expensive either. We noticed that people who arrived after we'd ordered were told that lunches were finished and only drinks and cake were available. So worth noting that lunches are only served until around 2.30pm. The staff were pleasant and the...

Friendly staff and service but we found it very expensive for what we got. We ordered two bacon sandwiches priced at £5.00 each which was literally two rashers of bacon in what appeared to be supermarket sliced bread. It was very measly and poor for the price and didn’t even look very appealing. We are keen to support small local business however we won’t be supporting this cafe again as there are plenty of nicer places to visit around which provide much better value...
