Service was rubbish as you had to go up to the bar to order but the lobster was amazing, the steaks were seasoned nicely, probably one of the best steaks I've had, don't bother with extra onion rings though, they were underseasoned. The camembert starter was amazing and didn't have that nasty bitter after taste like other I've tried, also the balsamic onions besides it was 10/10. Kids portion sizes were a bit of a joke. Half a toasty is not what i call a meal unless your child is under 3. Can't fault the place apart from the lack of table service, feels a bit odd when you buy lobster and you have to order at the bar but I am 100% coming back soon

Holiday meal our 1st evening in Torquay and found this place to eat is near the marina. The staff were welcoming and friendly excellent service. You order food at the bar I had the pasta in tomato sauce added chicken breast and also comes with garlic flat bread. The food was delicious and portions were huge could of had pasta on its own. My partner had the burger with beef brisket and mozerella. The meat was melt in the mouth fries were crispy. My side sala was delicious and tasty with balsamic dressing. Food well worth the money. I had a cocktail Solero ice made properly recommend this place to anyone who is on holiday.

We had a fantastic evening at The Dock Café & Bistro in Torbay 🌊. We opted for dinner and couldn’t resist exploring their tapas menu — it did not disappoint! The pulled beef croquettes were absolutely delicious 🤤, and the panko fish was another standout 🐟✨. We paired our meal with some excellent local brews 🍺 before switching to the Torbay Fizz 🥂 — a must-try, especially while watching the sun set over the harbour 🌅. The combination of great food, lovely drinks, and that view made for a truly memorable night. Highly recommend!

I daydream about the Brisket Croquettes from The Dock. When I first heard croquettes, I was picturing lil potato tots with a bit of brisket on top. We received two scotch-egg-sized balls of AMBROSIA. Mind melting BBQ brisket, coated in seasoned crumbs of pure deliciousness, fried (but not greasy), served with a pot of sour cream. Did I mention that it’s filled with mozzarella!? Brisket is leaving a lot of local seasonal menus, and I’m worried. I know that I will bawl on the day that those beauties leave. Please, Chefs & Owners, I’m an autistic girlie with limited food options. Please see this as an accommodation, and never remove them from the menu. Thank you for your service 🙏
