Located between the canal and the town's library, with seating to the front and inside with well-behaved dogs allowed.

Nice spot with a small car park to the front, two hours for under £2.50 on the Justpark app.

We sat outside enjoying the late morning sunshine on the 1st May 2024 in a shady spot out of the breeze coming from the beech. Nice modern tables and chairs plus some pub style bench and table seating adjoining the car park.

We had three coffees, two lattes and a decaf cappuccino - all very good. Then we ordered three traditional pasties. A great choice. They were large, so really filling. The meat was nicely seasoned with pepper. The pasties were really good, probably the best that we've had in a while.

The service was good. The staff were very friendly. We ordered and they brought our orders out to our table.

Level 9 Google reviewer; 1,000 plus reviews, 1.5 million views and over 12,000 photos with over 50 million views and still going strong 💪. Although I'm not enamoured with Google and their service at the moment 🤷🏻‍♂️. They're inconsistent.

Nice cream tea with nice fresh warm scones, we ordered for 3 people. When brought to table we had to share the pot of clotted cream, which didn't quite stretch between the scones and I don't think any One of us had too much cream, just not enough in the pot. Also jam served in little plastic pre-sealed portions...would be better in a little pot too. Lovely pot of tea! However very disappointing Cornish Cream tea. The scones were too crumbly and broke up when we tried to spread our jam and cream on them and it would have been nicer if the jam and cream had been served in china matching the teapot, jugs and cups instead of disposable pots. Should have been strawberry jam but it was raspberry. More attention to detail needed. I would have expected more in such a lovely location.
