Really not up to standard in both the food and service.

I got some takeaway last night 27/01, and I was shocked at the quality of the customer service.

The guy taking my order had no idea of what he was doing, he clearly wasn't familiar with the menu, he interrupted my order 3 times to talk/shout with other staff, then at some point it was another guy from the kitchen taking my order which was extremely difficult has he didn't speak a word of english all this whilst the "main guy" was doing something else and in the end he even forgot to give me the dips included in the deal.

I don't expect a 5* customer service from these places but at least prioritise taking an order and making sure that it is correct to talking with the staff I'm sure they can wait 30 secs.

Regarding the food, the rice was disgusting I wasn't even sure if it was rice or couscous and after a mouthfull went straight to the bin.

The chicken was bland I had order lemon and herb and It tasted of nothing, it was also undercooked in some bits.

The peri fries were decent but not decent enough to save the whole thing.

All and all, I surely won't be coming back.

I will advise people to try it at their own peril but there are much better places out there, these guys are oblivious to industry standards and have no idea of what...

Absolutely AMAZING food!! Best takeaway we’ve had in a long time, what a lovely treat! The beef burgers are soo delicious, and obviously cooked fresh! And the chicken burgers were massive! And you can’t go wrong with cheesy chips, yet somehow they managed to make theirs even tastier than usual?! Not only is the food great, but they gave us a free pot of hummus and pitta! Then they brought it all out to our vehicle to consider social distancing...

They used to be known for their good customer service and fried chicken. It’s a pity the new owners can barely speak English, customer service is appalling zero apologies for messing up orders and a stinking attitude on top! and most of all, their chicken literally smells!

Cannot even get an online order correct just imagine them handling a phone order!

Their delivery driver has better customer service skills than the owners! And oh yeh he speaks...
