Worst place ever !!! TAKES ages to be delivered, milkshakes are diguistingly watery and driver rude and refuse to take food and refund money IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS NEVER EVER TRY TO REFUND THEY JUST SIMPLY WONT PLUS ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO REFUSE TO REFUND when food was hour late and cold - obviously I ordered take away as it was too late to cook, I had to go to bed hungry even cat refuse to eat it, what you put in your food ? I’m not sure if that was safe as when I unwrapped wrap I TOOK BITE IT WAS COLD SOGGY AND WEIRD TASTE TO IT YOU CANT PHYSICALLY EAT IT ( Iv ordered food and not participation in fear factor )so I had to give it to my cat ( obviously at least someone gets something out of £20 worth of food) I saw that kofta was not pink but red in the middle and bleeding therefore not sure if it’s safe, attitude on the phone was terrible when I called the restaurant and asked food it’s one hour late as app showed it will arrive around 2 an it wasn’t there till after 3 am when I called manager said it’s a ,,fresher,, how unprofessional lexicon is it ??I don’t care it’s freshie or oldie I want my damn food that all, and when I asked if food will be still warm he said of course it will be well guess what it wasn’t and now it has to come to this plus I’ve never complained about any place in my entire life but this really rubbed me wrong way will definetley complain further to Just Eat and write official letter to owner of this place and e mail food heath safety department they should investigate this...

Food is vile! Give you completely wrong order! Hang up and laugh at you when u request right food or money back Disgusting infuriating service towards a young lady on her own. I stopped here for the first time ever after working a Saturday night shift. Alarm bells rang slightly at how empty it was on a Saturday night but I thought I would give it a chance, I ordered a large lamb kebab and a side of chips. I returned home to share the meal with my partner, realised immediately what I had was a box of grease soaked chips and a load of what they called chicken Meat shoved on top 🙈 I called them and told them they must have gotten my order mixed up, he told me I asked for that! Definitely did not! And then he said to bring it back? I live 20 mins away and had been in work all night, I politely asked numerous times for a replacement to be sent to me or a refund but he said it was my own fault and hung up. Needless to say I drove back said can I have a refund now? He silently opened the till and then threw my money at me. I walked to leave and said ur customer service is disgraceful I will be leaving a review! To which he burst out laughing and said enjoy writing your reviews!!! Been coming to ABO for years I recently visited with my family and had an outstanding experience with both their customer service and food. From the moment we walked in, my party and I were greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff. They immediately made us feel welcome and took the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations.

Throughout the meal, our waitress was attentive and responsive to our needs. She checked in on us regularly without being intrusive and was quick to fulfill any requests we had. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor really added to our overall dining experience.

Now, onto the food. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The appetizers were incredibly flavorful and unique, and the entrees were cooked to perfection. Each dish was beautifully presented and it was clear that attention was paid to every detail.

Overall, I highly recommend ABo Ali for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. The customer service was unparalleled, and the food was delicious. It's clear that the staff takes pride in what they do. I cannot wait to return for another meal.
