I want to highlight the exceptional service I received today from Magdalena (so sorry if the name is wrong i couldn’t find one on the receipt! but you know who you are 😊). I came in looking for a strong, unique perfume for my dad. As a businessman and an Arab, he loves strong fragrances, but I wanted something that would stand out from the usual oud.
Magdalena was incredible—she truly listened to my preferences and guided me through an amazing selection of options at different price points. Her knowledge of perfumes wasn’t just limited to brands; she explained the types of fragrances and even the cosmetic and scientific aspects behind them, which was so impressive. Her sweet tone and approachable manner made the whole experience even better.
She went above and beyond by wrapping the gift perfectly, adding a special touch that reflected Bonny and Co’s high-quality values. Magdalena truly embodies the excellence Bonny and Co is known for and fits the brand perfectly.
Thanks to her expertise, I decided on Tom Ford Ombré Leather Parfum, and my dad absolutely loved it! Magdalena’s customer service is...
Read moreAttending the Clarins event at Bobby's was an enlightening experience, thanks in large part to the knowledgeable and supportive hostess who made complex skincare concepts easy to understand. The atmosphere of the event was welcoming and engaging, making it a joy to explore Clarins' product lineup in such a friendly and informative setting. However, the experience was slightly marred by a rushed purchasing process, as we felt hurried out of the shop. Additionally, the refusal to allow us the use of the toilet facilities, despite only requiring a brief moment, felt unnecessarily rude and detracted from the otherwise positive experience. This interaction left us questioning the ground floor manager's hospitality and whether their welcome was as warm as the event's ambiance. Despite this, the love for Clarins' products and the event's overall atmosphere keeps us looking forward to future events, albeit with a hint of reservation about the customer service approach on the...
Read moreWent to see the new store today and was quite disappointed. We went specifically for the dog store Drool and the art gallery. On entering the store we had to ask where the dog store was as there were no directions. Firstly, we were told that we had to go around to the back of the store for the entrance which was totally incorrect as the entrance was just inside the gardens, again no signs. Secondly, we were told that dogs were allowed on all floors of the store, which was again incorrect as we were asked to leave the art gallery when we arrived. We were also getting some strange looks from staff when we walked around the makers market and when approached we said we were told dogs were allowed. We didn't particularly like getting ousted from the art gallery and felt quite uncomfortable about it. Drool wasn't as good as we had read either. There wasn't much produce and the staff not that friendly. I appreciate it's early days yet but we won't...
