I’m A Stellar Experience at Boom Bar - Thanks to Zoe!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Boom Bar, and I must say that the experience was made truly memorable by our incredible host, Zoe. From the moment we walked in, Zoe's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic evening.

Zoe's attention to detail is commendable. She took the time to ensure that we were comfortable, offering us a choice of seating and promptly providing us with menus. Throughout our visit, she was attentive without being intrusive, checking in on us at just the right moments to see if we needed anything.

What truly stood out was Zoe's extensive knowledge of the menu. She made excellent recommendations based on our preferences and was enthusiastic about the various specials. It was clear she was passionate about the food and drinks, which only enhanced our experience.

Her friendly attitude and ability to create a relaxed atmosphere made our time at Boom Bar feel special. Zoe went above and beyond in her service, making sure we had everything we needed and genuinely engaging in conversation, which made us feel valued as guests.

As we wrapped up our evening, we couldn’t help but express our gratitude to Zoe for her outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter a host who combines professionalism with a personal touch like she does.

I booked to come here for my 40th and it definitely wasnt as good as I thought it was going to be. First on arrival the guy behind the desk was extremely quiet couldn't really hear him explaining what we had to do. We where a party of 9 so had spent alredy £200 on the birthday package when we got over to the beer pong table the drinks took another 15minutes to arrive during this we where given plastic cups stinking of vinegar and just filthy! We didnt even manage to get 1 full game in the half hour we had remaining before being told 3 minutes before another group was coming and we had to leave the table. The shuffle board was yhe best part and cant fault that. The other big issue that we had was our drinks tokens on arrival we where told that we could have top shelf (single) with a mixer, beer, wine, cider so thought ok thats great on ordering our top shelf singles (rum and Ginger 1 drink!) They told us it was 2 tokens as was 2 drinks! So all in all I would not go back as I think the cost was alot for what...
