False advertising and rude staff. Paid for two pizzas, received one with manager insisting it to be unreasonable advertising, that customers apparently pay the price for. (City Road, Cardiff)

I ordered two 'create your own' pizzas from JustEat and paid for them both (as recognised in my bank receipts and by the JustEat deliverer). When I got the delivery, only ONE pizza came. I then called them and the manager handled the issue in a cocky, hostile manner, telling me that they don't sell two 12" pizzas at that price and mocking the idea despite recognising that it was indeed my original order. I made clear that it is what I had paid for, so would like to be given what I paid for. I should have been made aware at the time of order and not billed for items I would never receive. The blame was placed entirely on JustEat with the manager simply refusing to sell the items at those prices, the very prices advertised.

Disgusting! Order food at 6:30 didn’t arrive till gone 8:50. Decided to ring to find out where my order was and they said it had been seen out. Still nothing arrived tried again and still nothing!!!! When the food did arrive it was cold and my wrap was missing. I rang and they called me a liar!!! They “checked” there cctv and apparently they did place in with my order but nothing came. I asked them to send out a new wrap or for a refund and they said they’ll send the wrap out. That was at 9:05pm. By 9:50pm nothing had arrived so I rang. They shouted down the phone and called me a liar then proceeded to hang up on me!!! Rang again and they said it had been delivered they gave it to a boy outside my house. I checked with neighbours and they hadn’t received anything so I rang back and asked to speak to a manager and all he gave me was abuse!!Saying I am harassing them and lying about my order. On the afternoon of the 22/08/24 my partner and I placed an order to sample the well spoke about delights of thos eating establishment.

Once ordered we sat on bated breath in expectation of such succulent poultry perfection. Rumoured to be the best in Cardiff.

Alas as the bag arrived and my partner bought the food to the living quarters. My heart sunk as I looked at the food bag in trepidation and my heart began to sink. This bag looked awfully small and light for our orders?
