Flamed Wok — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered and delivered very quickly as they were not far away. If I'm honest on the food today.. Battered Pork Balls, chewy fatty pork and soft dough like batter, 2/10. BBQ spare ribs, good amount but sauce seemed split and full of oil, 3/10. Egg fried rice, did not seem fresh, hardly any egg or taste of it, just boiled rice and not a spot of soy sauce or anything, 3/10. Plain chow mein, mix of fresh and bone dry noodles, probably a leftover batch or undercooked, odd flavour, 3/10. So 3/10 honest rating. Food was simply well below par for £22 I paid. Will stick with what I know and fresh takeout where I always go. All the best...

This is the most disgusting takeaway i have ever encountered, the food was absolutely disgusting. Rang them told to bag it all up and send it back and they will refund. They picked the food up which nearly all of it was still there. They rang me and said half the food was missing which was a complete lie. They then blocked me from the site and refused to have any compaint off us. We spent £50 for a few of us. Theyre an absolute disgrace of a place. Avoid like the plague. Will be contacting my bank. Theyre an absolute joke. The woman shouldnt work there as she has no customer service...

For the first and last time will I ever have a takeaway from this place the last time I had a meal from the wok was over one year ago.and it was disgcussedwith the food.now again I ordered hoping it had changed but no way I would not feed feed my dog this rubbish and when you complain they laugh,don't speak English so how do you get through to them my husbands meal was so bland you could not even guess what it was, and mine tasted and looked like it was cooked in a bottle of soy sauce, HORRIBLE CANT SAY THIS ENOUGH STAY...
