Really really upset, writing this while waiting for the food. Me and my mum went up to order and were behind 10 guys who just ordered a beer each. The cashier then continued to fill up beers for them but failed miserably, however i did overhear one of the workers saying the machine was faulty. Though, this shouldn’t have been an issue when serving us right? As someone else could have done the beers or serve us. But no, me and my mum waited exactly 20 minutes infront of the till just watching her filling the beers and refilling them as she kept pouring it out since there was so much foam. When she got half way through filling 10 beers the draining tray underneath got full so she proceeded to lift it up to get rid of it, but instead split it all over the floor. At first me and my mum could tell it was an accident since it was so filled but she just gave up and practically tipped it upside down. The guy grilling behind her looked shocked but no action was done. She just carried on struggling to fill the beers. I genuinely wanted to say something as I understood it wasn’t her fault the machine was faulty if that’s true but why couldn’t anyone else serve us as there were 2 other people behind or she could of quickly served us and then fill the beers? Though you could tell none of them really cared. Even the guys who orders the beer came up to her and where surprised . But that wasn’t my issue or problem just the fact I waited 20 MINUTES!!?? just to tell her...

We got there around 16:30 and there was already a queue to join the virtual queue! They didn’t take bookings until 17:00 so we waited half an hour. We were a group of 6 and were told that the max. p/table was 5 but they could seat us very close together as 2 tables of 3.
We were told the wait would be around 30 mins. I understand that during these unprecedented times it’s difficult to run a restaurant whilst ensuring everyone is socially distant and safe, however we ended up waiting around 2 hours before we were seated at around 18:30
For the last 30-50 mins of our wait we were #1 in the queue, however they were waiting for our second table to be cleared. When seated, our tables were on opposite sides of the room so it was difficult to communicate without shouting. Given our seating arrangements, I think we would’ve all preferred to have been seated an hour earlier on different floors if that’s what was available.
Currently they have a reduced menu, but there are still plenty of options! The food was still great, though service was a little slow/unorganised (eg, the other table got their food but no cutlery for about 5 mins)
I wouldn’t return here whilst social distancing measures are still in place as I think they’re struggling to cope/adjust. However I would definitely revisit when things...

Went to Nando's on the 15.01.2023 for a lunch time meal. It was a Saturday so I expected it to be busy, however, we were seated straight away at a clean table and provided a high chair for my daughter.
Our server was polite and explained how to order either at the till or using the QR code on the table. Qr code was easy and accessible.
Ordered a full platter to share with my wife with a caramel cheesecake for dessert and a checked breast filler for my daughter off the kids menu.
The food came at a good time as expected.
I was disappointed on this occasion with the chicken as it was quite dry and ruined the meal a little. My daughter's chicken fillet was also quite dry. The sides were good with no complaints.
The best part was the goey caramel cheesecake which came with double cream. It was really good and could've easily had two.
Overall a good experience but disappointed with the chicken. Good...
