QBAO noodles bao 包小食 — Restaurant in Great Britain

So before making this new menu, they had everything mentioned clearly in the older menu.

I had this very good sichuan tofu noodles that I used to order everytime i go there.

Dont know where it went. I have tried every other vegan option there, but when i tell them about it, they are just unable to make that one or reject to tell if it is on menu or not.

So I will tell you what’s in that - Vegetables ( like pakchoi or lettuce, coriander, etc.), sichuan vegan broth, and noodles that are in korean style kimchi noodle and not glass noodles and also not that alot of peanuts that they put.

I really really miss it. Hope it is back.

Other than that, vegan options have degraded, you can make chilli oil noodles or biangbiang noodles at home very easily,,, japanese soba noodles had alot of raw pink ginger shavings on top of it, which i am not a very big fan of, tofu bao good to try and spring rolls were...

Pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the food here. One of the better asian food experiences that I've had with my partner along with Zis Cafe and Happy Lok. We feel like we've stumbled across the Cardiff Chinatown around here. The bao was fresh, fluffy and filling. I hope for a more siew (sweet) choice but the bao they served was fine. The soup was great. So much flavour that only increased the more you mixed the contents around. Decent meat and veg and the spice level was excellent. The main disappointing one was the 5 spice pork bao which, in my view, seemed a bit overpriced and the meat was not as well spiced or flavoured which would have improved the dish. I would come back here though as it seems to be unique in cooking the bao...

I had the beef stew with rice for brunch. The beef was tender, and the broth was full of flavour. Such a heartwarming dish in the cold weather. Hubby had a Thai fried rice, but unfortunately, he didn't enjoy it as much as I did with the beef stew. He said there was a strong ebi flavour that overpowered the whole dish. I also ordered a bao bun, which was initially forgotten, and I had to ask for it because it hadn't arrived yet after some time. Sadly, it was quite dry and challenging to finish. We felt a bit awkward because the tables were so close to each other, and we could easily hear other people's conversations. I might take away the beef stew again, but hopefully, I will find...
