My food came 30 minutes late and the driver forgot an item so had to come back to deliver it 20 minutes later.

The food itself was awful. The pizzas were very small for a large and there were barely any toppings. The chips tasted like cardboard. The garlic bread (the item they forgot and came back 20 mins after to deliver again) was mushy in the middle. It hardly even resembled bread.

I suppose the bottle of pepsi max was fine, though.

I called multiple times because the food was marked delivered but nothing was received and again when there was food missing. After 3/4 calls, she finally picked up. This happened both times.

It's overpriced for the garbage you receive. There are so many places in the area that are cheaper and have significantly better food.

Go elsewhere. I wish I had looked at the reviews online...

Rather disappointed to be fair. We often order from Takeaways from around the Roath area and thought we'd tried this one - sadly, we won't be coming back. The business clearly lacks 'training'. The poor delivery driver couldn't find the address after using a satnav on his phone (really I'm surprised the company doesn't supply one) and then when the food came, it was -RIDICULOUSLY- overcooked. The food was very chewy, felt rock hard and you could VERY EASILY tell that it wasn't fresh. This wasn't even just like leftover chicken from the previous day, this was AT LEAST a few days old. It was just disgusting and to be honest, a huge waste of money. I didn't even end up finishing one piece of chicken and I'd ordered 3. Quite hard getting through to them on the phone so easier to just leave comments in the comments section when ordering. My favourite part about this restaurant is the responses they leave on people's comments on just eat! So straight forward and blunt; Absolutely hilarious! But we've always had lush food from here I don't see how people ordering on the same night as us have had a bad experience, so I can understand them protecting their business and defending themselves! Good for you, and keep the responses coming because they crack me up!!...
