went today, the menu was very very limited and typically i love boba but my girlfriend is a bit more picky. she usually just wants something basic like a strawberry fruit tea with strawberry popping boba. they had only 1 flavour of popping boba, mango. although this may seem okay however like i said shes very picky. in all fairness the price wasnt bad aslong as you have student discount. due to the menu being very different to that of say boba time i wanted to make sure i knew my options, there was nobody else in the queue but me, therefore i asked a couple of questions and the lady serving seemed less than happy to answer them giving blunt and uninformative answers. we got our boba and absolutely hated it. this may just be due to our own preferences however it tasted almost bitter, the fruit tea made your tongue feel odd and the milktea tasted like sucking a teabag. to be fair, the service was pretty quick however i wouldnt go again. overall, dont go with a picky person, know what you want before hand and dont bother asking what something is because they wont tell you, if you like sucking tea bags go here and get milk tea, if you like bitter fruit tea and mango popping boba go here. otherwise...

Searched online when I visited Cardiff centre as it had very good reviews. I can back this up as the drinks ordered were delicious, I tried the both milk and non milk drink and can say both are yummy.

There are loads of combinations that are on offer… it was a shame I couldn’t try the Oreo’s as I was thinking how that would taste.. maybe next time.

The location is quite easy to find and was about 10 mins walk from the centre itself. The place is also Halal certified which was a great thing to also know! There is seating inside with little games like snakes and ladders etc. there were also seating outside if you preferred to soak up the external environment.

T4 is my go to whenever I am back in Cardiff, this place really brings you the authentic taste that you would get if you were actually in Taiwan

The staff are super helpful and accommodating (shout out to Long and Nori) in helping you decide what bubble tea to have if you cannot make up your mind (as everything on the menu looks delicious) If you haven't tried the fried chicken it is a must, it is seasoned and fried to perfection! Honestly the perfect little picnic date for me after a long day of shopping is to come here and grab a drink with a snack then make my way to the gardens around the corner to enjoy😄
