Just had the pleasure of dining at the newly opened The Viceroy Grill Master in Swansea, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! The Chilli Chicken Dry was perfectly spiced, with a balance of heat and flavour that transported me straight back to the streets of India. And the Dahi Puri? Food was tasty, Naan breads or parathas are not that great as they weren't cooked properly and not the best of taste or quality I've had.
