Awful. Awful. Awful. Ordered via just eat at just before 7pm. Got confirmation it would be with us by 8.15. A little long, but fair for a Saturday I guess. At 8.30, no food arrived so decided to call and check where it was. Told food was just about to leave and with us in half hour. I argued that it didn't take 30mins to drive between their premises and our home, and asked that it be here ASAP. Confident they would sort the problem, I sat back down to my film and waited. 9pm came....no food. 9.15 came and still nothing. Called again...told driver had left 5 mins ago. ,meaning a 2 1/2 hour wait. Got angry on the phone and will admit that I swore at him, after he asked if I wanted to cancel my order?!! Are you kidding me? Feed me don't cancel the order I've waited longer than the length of a film for! Ridiculous, unacceptable, and will not be ordering again. Its nearly 9.30 now and the food still hasn't arrived so this review doesn't reflect food quality, however I can't see it being great if they can't even pick up the phone and let a customer know their order is going to be late. Common courtesy is clearly not something they have heard of at this...

First time visit tonight, a spontaneous one as I was passing the shop. After eating, I searched for the place online and am amazed to see the low ratings here, because the kung po king prawns I ordered were among the best kung po dishes I've ever had in a fairly long life.

I risked blasting the food in the microwave when I got home after a 10 minute walk, because it's cold out tonight and I wanted hot food. Even with that mistreatment, the king prawns remained excellent, in crispy batter. The lovely tangy sauce with a nice bit of heat really hit the spot and has left me warm and glowing inside.

The servings were generous, but I greedily ate all the prawns because they were so good. I do still have half the rice and some sauce left, so I will add peas to the rice and make some crispy tempeh in the air fryer and saute peppers and onions to add to the sauce for another meal tomorrow.

It seems that a number of the complaints relate to the delivery. Happily I live within 10 minutes walking distance so do not need that. I will be exploring the menu further in the near future and really hope it will be as good as what I...

Very disappointed! I use to be a regular customer , last time a bought 2xchicken chow main and 2xspicey chicken in garlic sauce , food was very disappointing. Today I tought I will give them another chance and I hade 2x vegetable chow main and 2 x spicey chicken in garlic sauce .... I cannot describe my experience , food was very dissapointing, I took picture of my food, literally the spicey chicken was only 4 small pices of chicken and the container was full of pepers and onion, tasteless and the noodles we're overcooked and again with loads of peppers witch it made it too bitter. I wasted £25 worth off food. I highley never recomend these and I deffinetley never ever again!!!!!
