The guy robbed me, just spent £55, I had a good size order they didn't have all the food available,

I don't mind waiting as long as I get fresh food, waited 20+ minutes, really not a problem. The large gentleman assured me I wad getting fresh food. HE LIED

Got home and all 5 burgers were the stale old ones they had in the heated food cabinet thing they use, the breading was falling off the burger and the burgers were cold

Wings were good, chicken pieces not fresh but OK, chicken poppers were overcooked.

Shocking food. I went there for the ribs but they dont sell any ribs so i then ordered the spicy bbq wings.when i opened my box there was no sauce on it so told them they forgot the sauce and told me they dont do the sauce even though on their menu it shows that wings come with spicy bbq sauce.they then tried to offer me some bbq.sauce from a sachet. This is a not a true favourites. So disappointed managment should sort this out this is a disgrace to the favourites brand. will never go back there again unless they start producing ribs and putting appropriate sauce and make it a true favourite chicken...

The food was okay. I had the filletfish burger meal and the burger was nice, but the chips however were bland and weren’t as crispy as I’d have liked them unfortunately. The staff were very friendly though, especially the young lad that served us. However, the place itself is quite disappointing. The tables were all dirty as well as the floor and seats, the toilet spelt of pee and had no toilet roll and the whole place was swarming with flies as the front doors are left wide open.
