These guys are great. Always great to talk and make requests with, polite and understandable and make their food with pride n love. I once had an issue with my order (no fault of the staff) and the owner came out and delivered a replacement herself since then they've expanded and hired new staff and their menu has even evolved a bit more. Great for a guilty treat or just comfort food. Even better for the summer. If you have a problem or request, give them a call but be polite - dont approach them with attitude or be unpleasant (similarly to that guy whos left 1 star review below). Pricing is reflective of running costs, fees to services not just ingredients while a lil expensive they are understandable andim happy to pay it when im feeling down or need a lil pick me up treat. These guys delete reviews. Bad customer service. Overpriced products.

Had rated more before, but they deleted it. Going to keep posting 1 stars until they actually leave it up. Then I might leave my original star rating so that the truth can actually be stated here.

You can look at my profile and see I never leave 1 star reviews and generally rate companies favourably, so I'm not picking on this shop for the sake of it.

Don't be a wasteman company.

Fantastic service from a last minute decision. The staff Grace, aliyah, Jack and Andy (Security from shopping centre) who initiated us to get our order after the shop was closed was very kind and best customer service 😀. The dessert was amazing and best I've had in a very long time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone...
