Absolutely delicious ice cream with a wide variety of flavours and cones. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the sun and eating our ice cream

While we were there, an elderly man arrived on his mobility scooter, parked outside and shuffled inside to choose. He asked for the most basic ice cream which was £2.50 and held out a handful of change for the girl who was serving to take, as he wasn't sure which coins she needed. She was so polite and kind and treated him like he was a special customer. I loved seeing this. Good customer service is a rarity these days and she took time to help him...

The customer service experience was exceptional, and the establishment is a charming, family-owned business. The doughnuts were generously sized, surpassing expectations, and the milkshake was notably superior to those offered by Kaspa's. The pricing was also competitive. The only place in Hastings who care about people with allergies! After failing at many ice cream places today as they failed to care about cross contamination as I can't have wheat( cannot even touch or go near a cone) this place was more than helpful and quickly cleaned the ice cream scoop, put it into a pot instead of a cone and helped me make sure it was all gluten free and no contamination.
