Greggs — Restaurant in Kirklees

Went in to get a slice of pizza 🍕 and the lady serving me was constantly being interrupted by the manager or supervisor.

Funnily enough, the next day I was served by the supervisor and she was rude and impatient, and kept saying to me ‘do you have the Greggs app’ so fast that I couldn’t catch what she was saying!

What should be a simple interaction ends up being a stressful ordeal in this branch.

I’ve often seen managers reprimand and talk in a patronising tone to the staff whilst here. I understand the stresses of running a fast paced food outlet, but there seems to be a culture problem at this Greggs.

THARES ONLY 3 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS NATional mega chain that has shamefully disgracefully pushed local bakerys out of buisness. The first good thing is pumpkin spiced latte and festive slices which is only out at Xmas time &lastly the barvarian slices are gorgeous.but over than that if local folks started boycotting them in favour of local bakerys like hadfeilds. I went to Gregg’s with my gf 2 days ago. We bought some foods and were served by a lady. when my gf wanted to pay, she started saying stuffs like why couldn’t I pay, or because my gf is the one to pay, she should “dump him”.
