If I could rate it a 0 I would. There was three women and one guy who was the manager. There was a slender girl with long wavy hair who stood behind the counter we didn’t have much interaction. She just made the food.
The girl with the straight hair was pleasant. The girl with the curls definitely thought her father owned the property. We ordered six desserts. However, everyone got each of their desserts 10 minutes apart. I ordered the chocolate dip with their croffle bites. My chocolate dip arrived warm but 15 minutes later my croffle bites arrive. My chocolate dip had gone cold and stiff. So I sent my chocolate dip back to get reheated and was waiting again for 11 minutes. You guessed it my croffle bites had gone cold. So I asked the girl with curled hair if I could speak to the manager. By this time All together we’ve been waiting 1 hour and 10 mins for us all to get our desserts.
The manager (young looking) was highly polite but said he was short staff. Yes, you are short staffed but inform tables this is how long it’s gonna take. I appreciate the restaurant was busy but I could see the waitresses literally looking lost and had no clue what was going on. The bell was ringing and the waitresses were in their own world. He ended up taking my order off the bill but that’s not the point. Heavenly is known for their service and they have shockingly awful.
The curled hair girl after came to clear the table. Bear in mind we was still drinking and eating. She’s violently throwing the spoons onto her tray. I kept quiet or she would’ve got an ear full. Rude girl parents taught her no manners. Anyways she ends up taking the water that we was clearly drinking from and asks very snarky if everything was Okai. I felt as if I should say to her go ask your manager hunny. But I remained quiet. Not like there wasn’t enough salt already added to our injury. That girl was so rude. Babe if you aren’t happy working in the catering world go find a job somewhere else and stop making others feel miserable. It’s like her parents taught her no manners at all.

Read moreI visited this restaurant with my friends on 31/03/2022 at 9:30pm and waited patiently for atleast 45 mins for my dessert to arrive.
After which, the waitress came and informed my friend that her dessert of Tiramisu had sold out ! I really do not understand why the waitress did not point this out earlier from when the order was made. If that wasn’t bad enough, my friend was told to make another order and that it would be top priority- so she ordered another dessert, only to be told after another ten mins that it also was not in stock!
We were initially told after waiting 30 mins that our dessert would be ready in four mins. So we decided to wait….. and wait…..and wait … another half hour on top……
At this point after waiting almost an hour for our cookie dough desserts, we all had enough so decided to leave! When we got outside the restaurant , one of the staff member came out after panicking and seeing us leave and shouted ‘fu*k off then….!’
We were all completely devastated and shocked at the lack of customer services presented, especially after we had all been so patient. Then on top we were sworn at and humiliated. We left completely bereft and highly disappointed and surely will not be returning again.
I want to bring this incident to the attention of the owner of Heavenly Desserts in Huddersfield and ask why it is ok for the staff to be extremely rude and swear openly at customers. I have many witnesses who saw this incident firsthand and heard the staff member swearing at us. You need to retrain all your staff members and teach them how to behave courteously to customers!
In all honesty, avoid this place like the plague!

Read moreI would give zero if I could. We received the waffle which was completely burnt. We told the girl who served us who was very kind to apologise and ask if we wanted something else. However, a couple of minutes later returned with the burnt waffle saying that the manager is saying that the waffle is not burnt. We then asked to speak to the manager who didn’t even have the decency to come over at first and later reluctantly comes over where we repeated the waffle was burnt and we do not want it. He still argued it wasn’t burnt and claimed that if they had cooked it for any less time the waffle would be raw. So according to him you can either have a raw waffle or overly burnt. After telling him we are not happy he took the waffle away (still arguing). Then came paying the bill. The girl with the big fake lashes was so rude when I asked if the waffle had been removed as we didn’t end up eating it. She scoffs, rolls her eyes and then walks away. We had another girl then come forward to take the payment who was actually very kind. Other than this one wait staff who was lovely the rest were completely rude and unprofessional. This place is an absolute joke and is run by a bunch of unprofessional and extremely rude people. No wonder the whole place was empty. Manager is very rude and needs to learn how to deal with customers. Maybe then he can teach the staff how to professionally deal with customers. We will never visit this place again. Just to end the other deserts we had ordered were below average. Definitely not worth the money and the atmosphere just leaves a bad taste...
