We have been waiting for the desserts for 45 minutes and there was a lot of staff present and we were still waiting. They had got our order wrong twice, and the icecream should have been served with the crepe as we asked them to add it but in this case the ice cream was served 10 minutes before the crepe and the ice cream was fully melted. So we asked if we could change it and one of the staff member was not happy about that but that was their fault not ours.There was a lot of customers at the time waiting for the orders who were eating in and many for delivery. We had ordered two cups of tea and that had not even come yet and did not arrive with their food but was arrived very late once they have finished eating. It doesn't take 45 minutes to make a two cups of tea. I looked around and there were other customers already been served before us. This was absolutely ridiculous. The one thing that i didn't like is they kept bringing food to us that we haven't ordered and they should have a system so this doesn't continue. What you expect coming to a dessert placing is cutlery but we had to ask them many times to give us a spoon or a fork. This was very unacceptable as are we supposed to eat with our hands. One of the staff member asked me do you want a knife and fork, well obviously. Another is that some of the staff members was quite rude and was giving my table dirty stares which made it very uncomfortable. The last thing is for me i ordered first out of my family got my dessert last, and there was a pint that i was going to go home because they almost forgot about me that's when we had to ask how long is it going to take, and their response was itrs on the way. That is a BIG FAT LIE. Just to clear this up at the beginning we changed out table but we told the member of staff multiple times we have changed out table and they said it was fine. When they were going to ask what i ordered i said and the lady said something elses and responded no, i wanted this. And they said it is because you have changed tables and did not tell us and we gave the food to any empty table, ANOTHER BIG LIE. I highly do not recommend this at all. When you go out with family would would accept to eat together but we all ate separately is is appalling. Theys spent their time on delivery orders than focusing on the customer at their store. Let me tell you it doesn't take 3 people to do on dessert, they should hire qualified people. I am only giving one star because it was half price off the bill or i would have wanted a refund. Everyone go to heavenly desserts as you get your money's worth and the staff is trained...

Maybe change of coffee beans would help. 3 service - appalling, greasy in touch menu, lack of interest from the staff, no apologies for when things go wrong and poor hygiene, the cutlery (wrong cutlery for the different product) that was provided was held in hands (which were not cleaned in between handing out menus, operating the till and doing all other things) and carried all the way from where they keep it and then literally dropped on the table, which I don't think was disinfected in between customers. The female staff who serves the ice cream, do not have any form of hair cover that would prevent their hair ending up on customers plate/bowl/cup. The staff behaves like they couldn't care less, they do their" job" and nothing more, you feel as though you disturb them in whatever they were doing or not doing... 4 Price -basically you don't get what you pay for, if the level of service was better and all of the products were of good quality, I would be happy to pay the price, in this case however I think there is na value for money, the experience was meant to be a nice family time out, instead it was full of frustration, with missing orders, awkward customer service and lack of communication. Read morei came in around half 1 and was served by this guy. when we was served we was not greeted once and when we was wanting to pay by card we just got stared at like we spoke in another language which he didn’t understand at all. we repeated our selves and he was like oh and pulled out the card machine. not once did he apologise about the terrible service he gave us or ‘not hearing’ us. even if there was a misunderstanding he could have asked us what we had said rather than having a staring competition. in addition to this we ordered a strawberry bliss shake and i requested for it to be thick. i was replied to with a huff and a puff. when i received my milkshake it was runny like water and tasted like pure milk with bits. if he couldn’t follow simple instructions he should have told us beforehand. i’m paying for my own drinks it is not coming out of his pocket for us to be treated in such a terrible way. after all this he decided to not get his eyes of us which is really disrespectful . he then came when we was having our watery drinks and asked in such a sarcastic way whether everything was okay and then accused us of staring. we’ve always came here for dessert and have never been treated in such a way. what an awful...
