Can't put into words how disappointed we were. Came here last night, all the food tasted of absolutely nothing. My partner got something in "special tomato sauce" which was definitely just cold passata. It cost £16.50 too and he said it was the worst meal he'd ever had. We ordered some of the filo rolls, apparently filled with soft cheese and herbs. I snapped one in 2 and showed the waitress and she was like Ohh yeah, there's nothing inside is there? We ate 3/4 of one out of 4. I had a chicken shawarma wrap and I'm still perplexed over how they managed it to taste of absolutely nothing! Also, which I absolutely hate, after ordering we were given a bread basket.. Within 3 minutes that was whipped away and out food was placed down. Why do restaurants do that? We were there for a night out. If I wanted fast food, I'd have gone to McDonald's. Absolutely no dining experience whatsoever! We had our table booked for 7.30pm and we'd finished eating and was asking for the bill by 8pm! The waitress asked how everything was.. I told her extremely disappointing (obviously not her fault) she nodded along and then came back over with another young girl who said "I believe your food wasn't great?" so I repeated myself to her, she nodded along and said she'd pass that on?? I honestly don't know why places train their staff to ask how the food is, when they're going to do absolutely nothing if you answer that it's terrible?? It's just a paper exercise and annoying!! I need to add that all the serving staff we came across, we're actually lovely and cannot be blamed for this experience. I was pretty shocked when the bill came that they still charged us full price. They should definitely have knocked the filo rolls off, after them agreeing there was no filling and us only eating 10 %of the dish. All in all it was an awful experience, with one of the worst meals myself and my partner have ever been served. We used to come here a lot before the fire. They needn't worry.. You couldn't pay me to eat here...

The Best restaurant I have ever been to the SERVICE the friendliness the cleanest the loving and caring and all the staff is so immaculate that I just feel like I known them for years and years I feel like at home I don’t feel like leaving the restaurant I have come to collect something from Huddersfield And me being pregnant. I fancy to have some meat is cravings really Because of the pregnancy, I have come all the way from Liverpool Merseyside I could never ever have such a beautiful meal like this in Liverpool, specially the doner that they do Is absolutely immaculate. I could not get enough of the red meat the Meza and the desert and top it out with a nice cup of tea. I have been here at the restaurant since 3 pm till 8 pm and they have not rushed me with my meal they have not rushed me with my drink and they said I can sit here as long as I want. I don’t need to rush and I’ve got plenty of time to digest my food hand on heart, I cannot pick up this Restaurant enough it’s not just a five star it is a 10 star and believe me I will drive yet again an hour and a half just to come here for the food he is well worth it. Pricing is value for money portion sizes is immaculate and it’s enough to fill you and have left overs 1,00000 **...

We entered and ordered drinks which arrived. We then asked for tap water. We were refused. One of our party needs to be hydrated for medical reasons so we asked for the manager. He came and argued with us giving all sorts of silly excuses but then relented sending 2 glasses of water for 4 people which was very petty. When ordering food I informed the waitress of a food allergy but when the food came it contained the allergen. Fortunately not serious in my case but this could be a serious matter for others. At no point was any apology made for our poor experience but in fact the staff were quite argumentative. One waitress even tried to argue with us once our food had arrived and we had to point out that we would rather just eat our food than argue with her.
