The Pier Hotel — Restaurant in Lancaster

Booked a table on 13/4/2022 for 1500 hrs Easter Sunday. On arrival table reserved for us.ordered drinks and informed that there was a wait for food. One hour went by before being told I could order Beef dinner with roast potatoes was ordered plus potato pie chips mushy peas. The potato pie came first,with the veg for the beef dinner,on arrival of the dinner mashed potato came with it and no roast. This was sent back and on return the veg was cold by then. Veg sent back and was all shrivelled up. Due to being microwaved. Mr potato pie was rock hard again due to microwaving. Both meals were left and a complaint to the landlord was acknowledged by a full refund. Sorry to say I will not be returning to dine...

Fab pub Great homemade food.... great friendly bar staff.... as well as the owners mine hosts friendly . The pub as entertainment. All round good pub....... moving on New landlord has taken over the Pier..... in my opinion this pub has to be the best in Morecombe. New owners are excellent 👌....very friendly run by a great team..... Come down and see for yourself.. ....... I Don't go to any other still great entertainment still excellent homemade food 😋.. Well done Dave Mandy and gang.... its better than...

Absolutely lovely staff, lovely banter and fun, I struggle with certain foods and they were fantastic in trying to sort something out for me, they even asked me to let them know when I will be going eating there next time and they will get the food n for me that I can eat. Now where would you get that service Ent where else!!!! Well done the pier!!!!!!! Now a special mention to Shirley, what a star!!!🤩🤩🤩 lovely, chatty and extremely helpful, perfect lady for the job, well done...
