Missing Meal from Order Menus are laminated bits of paper which makes it very tricky to clearly see meal choices and pass around the table for others to see but the waitress gave recommendations when she took our order. Starters were lovely, recommend the spring rolls and chicken satay. Only 6 Main meals were brought out to our table of 7 and no-one noticed we had a missing meal. When I asked a waitress they said they’d ask and then set about taking orders on other tables without informing us what was happening with our missing meal. We asked again to be told “it’s coming”. I then had to go up to the counter to ask where the meal was as everyone else had stayed theirs “2 minutes” was the reply. 10 minutes later and after everyone else had finished their meals our last remaining meal arrived. Really poor service and communication leaving a diner pressurised in to rushing a meal and not enjoying the experience. We were offered a measly 15% off the late meal only which equates to £3! In my opinion it should have been taken off the bill but my the late meal diner settled for 50% off that one meal. A real shame as the food was delicious. Would have scored higher if it had been a meal we could have all enjoy together...

My partner ordered off lancaster eats, like he usually does, expecting to get delivery. He got a phone call to say it was ready for collection 30 mins after the food was cooked. When questioned the lady on the phone said it was collection only over the weekend and that this was stated on lancaster eats app, which it was not when the order was placed. He was told when collecting the kitchen was dealing with the order, making it sound like they were cooking it fresh due to it being so long before being informed it was ready, and that it was clearly an un-noticed error on the site. He was also told whilst waiting, other customers had had the same problem with the app and had to collect also. When he brought the food back, it had clearly been microwaved. Steak was dry and overcooked, sweet potatoe fries were black and the stir fry was mush. The whole lot was inedible and went in the bin. Will not be ordering...

Saw that they were recommended as one of the Top 10 Places to Eat in Morecambe so was eager to try them out. Most expensive takeaway I've ever had. Ordered Thai starters and mains for two people and it was £45! The Starter Platter I ordered was £12 on its own, with 2 Dim Sum, 2 small Thai Fishcakes that didn't really taste of anything, and some Satay Chicken. The Pad King I had was tasty and fresh but portion was very small, as was the Pad Thai my other half had. I dont feel like I got good value for money at all. £30 or £35 would have been OK for what we had, but £45!?! 😤 £££ Could have had a similar but less expensive culinary experience from Sainsbury's, buying the ingredients and components and cooking it myself. Lesson learnt. Also, subsequently seen the report in the local newspaper about a 1-star hygiene...
