RUDE EMPLOYEES Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior Dear Management of Leeds crown point Starbucks/Customer Service I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an extremely unpleasant experience I had with a staff member at your Starbucks location. I placed an order through Uber Eats and realized shortly afterward that I had selected the wrong flavor of crisps. I called the store to inquire if I could change the flavor of my order, and the employee I spoke with informed me that this was not possible. She mentioned that I could cancel the order myself, but I decided to proceed with the original flavor. However, 30 minutes later, I found that my order had been canceled without my consent. When I called the store to inquire about this, I spoke with the same employee, who was unreasonably rude and dismissive. She accused me of lying about the situation, raised her voice at me, and abruptly ended the call. My friend then attempted to call the store to obtain the employeeâs name, but she refused to provide it. For clarity, I do have a voice recording of the conversation, which I am willing to provide should you require it. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed, and I would like to request that appropriate steps be taken to ensure that such unprofessional behavior does not occur again...

I ordered a crÚme brûlée iced coffee, a vegan wrap, and a birthday cake pop. While I briefly left to use the restroom, I returned to find my food placed on the counter without my name or any explanation. I have realised there is cake pop missing so I was asked to wait for the cake pop⊠which was weird itself as it didn't require warming and was readily available. Despite waiting patiently for 10 minutes, I was repeatedly told to wait by the staff members ( 4 girls ) who seemed inexperienced. Meanwhile, other customers were served, including those who ordered after me with hot meals. Frustrated by the delay for a simple cake pop, I approached the counter, where the staff member requested my receipt, mishandled the cake pop, and tossed it onto the counter before walking away with no word like I disturbed her but all she was doing is standing at that very moment.    Read moreAs a coffee addict, I couldn't resist checking out the newly opened Starbucks on Crown Point in Leeds, and I'm thrilled I did! The friendly team and exceptional customer service immediately made me feel at home. The quality of their drinks, including my favorites, the hazelnut extra hot latte and soya vanilla latte, was absolutely top-notch.
While the cafe wasn't too crowded during my visit, there was a minor hiccup with the order pick-up section, causing a bit of confusion for both team members and customers.
One small suggestion would be to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the tables. I noticed that a few were slightly dirty, and some customers took it upon themselves to clean them before sitting down.
