Food is constantly missing when you go through the drive thru. Almost every time we have visited there are items missing! Today was one of those days, checked the food and fries were missing told them and we received the item. When we drove off and checked again we realised there was another item missing off the same meal. We drove back around through the drive thru for the missing item by the time we had gone through the other items were stone cold. Was told there was straws in the bag for drinks no straws in the bag, no tissues and no sauces for meal. It's just so frustrating, you are paying for these things to be right the first time around. It will be the last time I use the drive thru at this location. It is just not worth the amount of money you lose using it. Staff are not consistent in checking orders as they leave the window. It shouldn't have to be up to you to sit there for another five minutes checking your food order through to check everything is there also with a staff member waiting for you to move off so they can serve the next customer. Read moreTerrible Experience at McDonald’s – Avoid This Outlet This was by far the WORST McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 3 Veg Dinner EVMs and was served only 2. When I raised the issue, instead of fixing their mistake, the staff made me wait nearly 15 minutes and then lied, claiming I had already received the meal. To make it worse, I was accused of throwing it in the bin — an absolutely ridiculous, insulting, and humiliating allegation. The staff’s attitude was appalling – rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. Their behavior came across as racist, unethical, and downright unprofessional. Instead of owning up to their error, they chose to blame the customer. This is unacceptable. On top of that, the food quality was extremely poor — stale, cold, and nowhere near McDonald’s standard. The order itself was incomplete, and the way the situation was handled shows how little this outlet cares about customers. McDonald’s should be ashamed to have such staff representing their brand. Read moreI don't normally post bad reviews but I don't understand how staff can simply miss off two whole meals from an order. Decided to treat my two children with a delivery seems as they have been really good lately, we sat patiently waiting for our food to arrive missing both children's meals! Phoned the store who apologised but claimed it was out of his hands due to it being a deliveroo order. Now I understand the process and how they have no control over the drivers but now I have to chase deliveroo for a refund. Deliveroo are refusing a refund despite me contacting them immediately so now due to staffs laziness and incompetence I am out on money and my own food whilst my children share my meal together.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with items missing but it's usually just sauce and straws which isn't the end of the world.
I will not order from mcdonalds again, I don't understand how other restaurants can get it so right and these guys get it so wrong all the time. Check, check again and if unsure triple check before sending out any orders! You don't just miss two whole boxes of food...
