What a horrible experience! Very rude & condescending member of staff! Whoever the girl is who wears her hair in a high pony get rid of her asap! Came yesterday to meet my sister for lunch. The other ladies on reception were lovely but this lady was horrible! Very bad attitude walking around with a face on her! Then proceeded to come over to my table and ask me to quieten my phone call that was barely at speaking level! We did so & then she proceeded to come over again & state that the lady next to us had to put on her headphones because of our phone call! The lady had her headphones on since she sat down. Will not be coming back even though we work on the area & will be advising...

Great coffee and cake while we waited for our appointment at the Passport Office, we paid by contactless which as always makes paying easy. Today I have checked my account only to find a £2 charge on my statement for using contactless payment, I asked my wife and she said there was no sign and if there had been she would have paid with cash. I have checked on line and contactless cards don't have a charge. The only time a card is charged is a a fuel pump and this is for a check on the card £1 and that is repaid the next day, we were at your establishment on Tuesday. Hence the one...

Bean coffee is a good place to try alternative coffees. I often order their Spanish lattes (which I did this time) but I have also tried their Earl grey vanilla latte and matcha latte which were just as good. They even have a beetroot latte (!) The only downfall is that they only offer these coffees in one size. I wish I could order a large. The price is also very good, £3.75 for the Spanish latte. The caramel cannoli which I ordered was not to my personal taste. First time trying a cannoli so I did not know...
